The cityscape in grey I like, the letters rising up as skyscrapers don't do it for me, the perspective is wrong on them for a start and then the frankly bizarre photos in the windows look pretty lame.

I like everything except the text and the two faces don't match the scene

You need a bit more whitespace. It looks too busy.
