The mark could definitely use some work and I'm just not sure how the whole 'military video game' thing translates into the styling for a media agency. Don't get me wrong, I love COD as much as the next guy but I feel like you're riding that train a little too hard here...

The "CO" camera might work if it were done more professionally. Looks a little slap dash the way it is.
Your topic title posted is for a freelance advertising agency, yet because you also do photography, your logo takes this as a focal point. Are you a photography studio, a freelance graphic designer or advertising agency? They're all very different things and cater to three very different markets.
Business suggestion aside, the camera honestly doesn't come across as strongly as you probably want it to. Until I read the brief I didn't know what it was and it's not clean enough to come across as a professional "CO". The odd breaks and serifs don't make for something cohesive.
If you're planning to make some massive umbrella company on your own you'll need something far more personal and ubiquitous rather than focusing in on "photography" or a cold corporate look.
I remember some Creative Labs package type.
need a better execution on logo, I read CG and maybe the logo and name are not aligned in terms of concept that defines your business.

its generally a bad idea to make letterforms become objects UNLESS the result creates something stronger than just the object or the letters alone.
