Creekstone Redesign

The existing design by the web-design company isn't too bad. Pretty much a run-of-the-mill out-of-the-box design. Your design certainly adds a little more flair to it and your navigation is more concise and less confusing. The 'Home Finder' feature is better suited where you have positioned it. However, your design feels a little incomplete. The images of the homes on the right of the site look like they have jsut been dropped in - no cohesion with the rest of the design.
All in all, I think both designs are ok - but both need some refining.

Your style is certainly more refined and better than the linked version.
The only thing I don't like on your design that wavy line. It's overpowering the beutiful visual in the header. Can you make the line thinner?
Also, I would give some thought as how to finish the layout on the top. I guess the straight cut looks a bit unfinished. I'm not sure...
