the two crosses conflict. the one in the logomark is amorphous and the one replacing the t is traditional. kind of an odd font choice, to me, as well. and maybe too contrasty with the "t". it really does seem all over the place, like there are at least 3 different styles going on (logomark, nueva, futura) and they don't seem to play well together.
and watch that kerning. the "t" insertion has very bad kerning around it.
You've got -way- too much going on here. My biggest advice: Simplify. Sometimes I think designers feel that if they don't add more, it won't bee good enough -- when in many cases it's about how much they could take away.
My other advice is to find other fonts, these ones aren't working.
