Am I crazy or do I remember coming across a small application that was specifically built to put together css menus for a website? Has anyone else heard of this? I am almost positive it is out there. Essentially what it does is take care of your websites menus, such as rollovers and selected appearance using only css. Any takers?

I mean, this application was a small downloadable app which was all about the menu making. Maybe I am just remembering clouds of nothingness.
