CSS Rounded Corners?

Does anyone know how to make rounded corners using ONLY CSS?? Also how do you make the drop shadow??
I want to learn how to build a site just like this one...

Rounded corners are only a CSS 3.0 feature. Firefox has a special fix for this if you want corners to work in Firefox (ie. -moz-border-radius...etc.), but don't count on this feature working in that OTHER browser with the ugly blue icon within your dog or cat's lifetime.
