This is a logo concept for dental clinic. I'm looking for constructive critiques so please comment.

To me it just doesn't feel balanced. The 'Dr' part is just floating up top and not really aligned with anything. And the fact that each word has a different font and different italics makes it seem rather thrown together. I like the font for 'Dental Clinic' though.

The tooth logo has been done to death for dentists. Can you break out of the box a little on this one and think of a different icon?
Remove the colors for now. Get the text all together. It has potential, but too many styles are represented. Try two fonts or fewer, and by fonts I mean styles; don't mix italic, bold and all caps in one logotype.
