I love the font - simplicity is a beautiful thing. Unfortunately, that's all this one has going for it. Have absolutely no clue what the idea is behind this or what you're trying to convey. The mark and the name also have a very detached feel about them - like they are parts of two different logos or something.
On the other hand - I do appreciate the fact you managed to visually match the inside keyline of the mark to the weight of the font - especially since one is reversed and the other is not. Many times that is where the artist fails - not an easy thing to do at any level.
