Desiging DVD cover art (Photoshop templates)?

I need to design a cover for a DVD of a film I produced for a company. I was wondering if there existed template for Photoshop that had the correct size drawn out, and where the folds would be. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Just do a little measurement of your own cases....
I do a ton of these as well as CD packages for musicians (one of the perks from living in Nashville I guess) and thought I'd chime in here.
Not all DVD covers/packages are created equal. You should ask who will be producing/printing these and contact them. Most production and/or duplication facilities prefer that you work from their templates.
You want to avoid a situation where you work from a generic template, only to discover that the art doesn't meet your client's specs.
