Does anyone know where I can find a good brief T&Cs template to send out to my clients? Just for print. Nothing about web etc.
I've made my own but it was way too long and no one read it!

you should look at the AIGA
you should look at the AIGA site.

that has lots of resources. in particular, http://www.aiga.org/content.cfm/standard-agreement.
now, this is based on american law, so you may want to find something that would be done with british law in mind, but it's a good start for just the general idea of a design contract and what should be in it.
