Your capitalization is inconsistent: What is New—What is old... "Old" should either be cap or "New" should be lowercase. Same throughout all of the copy.
This is very bottom-heavy with odd spacing (the trapped space between the "D-Magazine" and the "Arena Multimedia" logos, everything squishe dunder the double rules).
monday to sunday... might as well say 7 days a week. using days makes it sound like you're leaving one out and people have to think about it.
overall it just doesn't feel right. odd capitalizations, slightly bottom heavy, seems like one too many fonts...
sorry

Too many fonts and no hierarchy makes for a confusing piece! Is this a print ad? A banner ad? What's the target market and what are you selling? That should stand out the most but right now it's the smallest element on the bottom left of your image. Not good.

Client: "can you guys make it more like a power-point presentation, you know, with the sliding text stuff and all?" (http://clientcopia.com/quotes.php?id=7)

What the hell is it? As others have said, too many fonts, too many points of emphasis and no clear description of what it is. FOCUS is the key here. "What is this" should be the key thing someone takes away from a quick look at this - and right now it isn't.
A good point to remember about design: How much can you take OUT of your layout and still get the message across? Only until you've removed everything you can do you have a clear-cut message. And trust me, you can remove a LOT from that layout.

It's got the appearance of being pretty old fashioned.
It needs simplifying.
A lot of it.
The layout is also pretty poor, think of accessibility, that will be a living hell for people with sight problems to read.
