Digiterra Take 2

This is take 2 of the digiterra logo re-design you can read my explanation of the design brief below or visit this link http://creativebits.org/digiterra_logo .
Hi
The company that I’m doing this for is a IT company that has two core business units software development and systems architecture and business service management consultant that specializes in ITIL implementation and business analysis.
The name digiterra is a joining of two words digital & terrain.
The re-design of the logo was a result of not being able to use the old logo in large format printing. The mark on the old logo was drawn by a mathematical formula they call it something, don’t know what which resulted in a raster image when you scale it down it is fine but anything bigger than the image size you know the story.
The new logo at the bottom the mark is suppose to resemble an eye which has the meaning of insight and knowledge (don’t know if you can see it) giving the comment of the leaf. The pixel effect is a copy of other logo’s I have seen but I feel it lends a technology feel to the logo.
The top logo is something I tried because the feedback from the customer is that he feels the logo should be bolder whilst we are looking at re-designing it. And he would like to know from me if we should write the name with a capital D and not with a small d what does it say about a company if you write your name with a small d.
Should it be written digiterra all lower case or DigiTerra with a capital D and T or Digiterra.
Any comments regarding this will be a great help.
Thanks
Sergei

Sorry I forgot to explain what I’m trying to achieve with concept A & B. I tried to play with the negative space in concept A to create a capital D by using the same man(design element) by flipping/mirror it.
In concept B I played with a lowercase d and a capital T of digiTerra to create a mark that reflects a torch which has the meanings of truth and intelligence.
Thanks
Sergei
I like concept C most, and also A 10 (but I don't like the font) :D
You've got too much going on here. Work on the logo concept before coming up with all of these color options. The typefaces for all these aren't very good choices. Were these free fonts you found online? There's a reason these fonts are free!
Also, some of these concepts look very similar to the DHCC logo that was posted on this site for critique last week. Try to be original!
