Do you ever get this error when using this forum

Sometimes I do, and I have to reload the page:

I'm trying to find out if the problem is on my end or the servers side.

Sometimes ( not that often),

when I click in the forum section from the homepage,

I get an error that says "could no connect to database"

but once I reload it works right away.

I sometimes get something very similar. I have to use a PC at work to Brows, the message I get says "cannot connect to server".
