Lose the brick wall and the framing of the face. Neither do anything for the layout, and in fact may prove more of a distraction. I would close-crop the woman either from a plain white or black background to help drive home the feeling of sightlessness, and instead of the band of white over top of the woman's eyes, have the woman shown with her eyes closed and the words: "NEEDED IMMEDIATELY" tattooed on either lid.

Your telling me people donate their eyes to the visually impaired? How ironic...
dead people donate them... ;)
Besides the fact there's never been a successful eye transplant...be more specific and say cornea. That's what's transplantable, not the entire eye.
Why is the title copy so small?
