groovy concept. though its a little hard to get to the baby. id make it a little, very slightly bit more obvious

Very daring concept, so +1 to that.

However, it just doesn't do the job. The fetus embedded in the kidney is disturbing, to say the least. What are we to do with it? Transplant the fetus/kidney into a person who needs not only a kidney, but a super kidney with a baby inside of it? What monsters are you creating??!!!

I'm not only disturbed, I'm confused. Two bad things that never go well together.

Without my sense of direction, I don't know where I'd be.

I don't get it, why is there a mix of fetus + kidney? They're the same size roughly, there's no way a fetus' kidney could be useful to a child and likewise, a child's kidney is no use to a fetus.

Like most of your work my dear capton, the idea is good the execution is bad. It's very disturbing as mentioned before. The fetus has no place in this concept.

It's been a while since I've seen your work, and I must say it seems it has matured along with you, but this is nightmarish, to say the least. And to make it even worse, the umbilical cord/ureter/whatever looks like a funnel cloud (tornado) -- an image of destruction. I agree with Kevin that it's a daring concept, and we all need to take leaps of faith like this, but not all daring concepts work. I'm not sure what you could do to make this idea work. It's just too creepy, and on top of the whole fetus/abortion image, it has elements of genetic engineering in it, which could turn off people who might otherwise be receptive to organ donation.

I saw the baby and the idea right away, yet, though I get the whole life thing, saving a life is not quite the same as making a life... Anyhow I must agree with people above. Not everyone will like to see a fetus with the shape of a kidney: many, including me to some extent, find it kind of creepy/disturbing.

Is that a kidney... or a kidney bean?

Thanks guys for your feedback, I think I should have added the description along with ad but no problem, the description is here.

Description:
Usually organ donation needed in an emergency case where patient's life is in risk and if organ is not transplanted into him then he may die. So in this case if he get organ from a donor then organ donor has virtually saved his life which could end without that donated organ.
Now take this as cycle, if the patient didn't got organ then he may be dead and the life cycle will start again from fetus to complete development of human and death. Hence organ donor has virtually saved him from going to another life cycle and this was the reason I used fetus.

I designed this ad based on simple analogy that is Kidney represents donated organ and fetus represents life or start of life cycle. So a organ donor donating kidney and saving someone's life. Is there any problem in getting this simple idea? Is my analogy mistaken so that nobody could got it?

Mara,
Definitely art direction can be improved and I'm improving my art direction continuously but unfortunately I don't have job so I've to survive on freelance projects and hence such high end advertising are very less in my work schedule. Also at present I don't have any subscription of high end images and I have to rely on low resolution watermarked images because this is not client's work and spending money for what you are not going to get paid isn't a good idea. I hope it make sense.
