Third, your call to action is flawed. Is it dontpanic.com? This question alone kills the effectiveness of your banner ad; I think it's a banner ad... :)
We can't crit the piece if we don't know what it's for. Natobasso has some good points, so I'd recommend taking their crit into consideration if/when you revise this.
