Depending on the detail you need google sketchup would be great for this project. Once the objects are drawn in it (to scale if you have the architectural plans for the house) you can rotate, add correct shadows and even go 'inside' the structure.

Otherwise, you could trace in illustrator and stretch/distort the lines to fit the perspective, but this is a very crude fix.

Do you have an end result to show that you have done or seen before? That would help.

My apologies to all the good people who posted suggestions on this thread, I have not been back as I have been very busy. But thank you. I ended up using an application ,very like sketchup, on a pc called Rhino, similar to a simple cad where I could guesstimate the size of the floorspace and then drag up my elevation and from there change the point of view to the angle I wanted. I have posted the result in the critique section with a jpeg named Myshka, I hope you like it. The client did.
