I think it looks pretty good. Your paragraph indents could be indented just a touch more. You could use article bugs to signify the end of a story too - maybe you could use that star you have in the masthead, but in the aqua colour, as the bug. Overall a very nice and clean look. Good job!

The only "issue" has already been said. I find the indents after the blurb a bit disturbing. I would've aligned the blurb and the body text on the left.

but I would have to say... on the last page I really don't like the green bar behind the guys head. I woud stop it at the paragraphs head, and maybe push the guy up a litle more....
Other than that looks good!
