Is there a reason the "m" is highlighted? It may also be a personal thing, but something makes me feel uneasy about 3 different fonts on the main mark.
How does it look with the "web design" aligned to the right? or even just under the "m" if t bears some significance.
I think personally it looked incomplete without the m being highlighted. I never thought to right-align the web design. Might try that.
Yeah unless there is a reason, it makes no sense that the "m" is different color and font.
and DEFINITELY do not use 3 different fonts!!!!
I think you should do some variations of this!

I would love to learn more about what it is your business does. Right now there are too many fonts and no real design. Did you brainstorm actual concepts behind the log or just tried to make something that looked cool? Having a conceptual direction is just as important as an aesthetic direction, it'll help you realize where to go if something's not working.
