better than last roughs.

I think it's still "heavy".

Try brighter blue/orange (and other combos) and still think that the name could be blank or white.

yes I'm brazilian xD

Try these happier colors :) I think it's better to don't make strong (dark) octopus because it could transform to Predator lol. I shrink the Registered mark too.

better if you shrink a bit the text height and make a small increase on the kerning.

yes I'm brazilian xD

Stacked one on right. Agree with qwertyale...lighten up your palette and/or tie it in to what the product is. If it's for children, then I'd run with primaries/brighter colours. If it's wholesale ink blotters than this scheme can work.

Hey, it's not phallic anymore! Won't the women shoppers be disappointed?

Seriously, I like the top left one the best IF you adjusted slightly... The octopus should be moved left directly over the "pu", down just a bit and then enlarged 110%. Then play with the colors. Orange and blue doesn't work for me. These colors are better than before, but you basically went from full blow hatred to merely distasteful hatred in my book.

Just have to note I'd love to see the octopus take over the entire thing. Give it more legs and make them longer - have them surrounding the bubbles with the word like he's grabbing onto it with maybe just part of his head and the eyes coming up behind the blue bubbles. One of the things that really bothers me about this version is the six legs. Everyone knows an octopus has eight. If you had multiple long legs intertwined and wrapping around the entire thing you could either put in all eight legs or make it so confusing no one would notice it's not eight. That's also how an octopus really is - long flowing legs, not short stubby ones. Then you could show the cool suction cups the octopus has on the other side of the legs too. Just think it's something to play with because this could be a really fun logo and those are few and far between in this business.

As always... jmho.

I like the top, centred one. If you're going to make a version on two lines (like the one on the right), why not try placing the 'el' on the left, and the octopus balancing on the right hand side?

Stacked one on right. It looks like he's shooting ink. Very cute. Reminds me of that line from Finding Nemo:

Aww! You guys made me ink!
