Email marketing tool

Hi all

I am currently working in to an email marketing tool to use with the company I work for in the UK. The one we use at the moment is buggy, slow and a pain in the backside.

The main one I have pushed so far is DotMailer which seems to be the best one I can find for building, reporting and even microsite capability but wondered what everyone else thought. Another one I was looking at was LyrisHQ.

I will be setting up the templates and builds that require some knowledge, but needs to be usable for complete novices too.

Any thoughts?

www,graphicmail.com is what I'm using and so far so good. you have an option for trial and they will not ask you for any payment or any other details/information so you can try and see if it is good for your needs.

It depends exactly what you are looking for. I've used MailChimp (mailchimp.com) for a range of projects and it's proven to be fantastic.

Their templating system is good (at least on a par with most of their competitors) and the rest of their system is very easy to use and manage.

(They are also great at responding to problems and queries.)

Thanks for these - I think both of these are usable once I set up the templates etc. Plus they seem to have quite good reporting functions.

We use a product called Campaign Monitor. Really good reporting ans statistics for the customer.
