I would love to attend a seminar or enroll in an online course. I am looking at something that is geared towards designers.

Yes, anything online. I am especially interested in blogging, social network sites, email marketing and email newsletters. I feel like I have fallen behind and I want to get up to speed.

I am looking for any conference, seminar, or online course that can get me up to speed in those areas. I have found some info through several Google searches, but was hoping to get some first hand advice from other designers. I realize it is a broad scope. If I had to narrow it down, my current clients could benefit from Email newsletters.
