Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT)

This a comp for ACK's Emergency Locator Transmitter. Wanted to get some ideas on the overall art direction. The basic function of the device is basically in the name, its used in case of an emergency where rescue teams can pinpoint your location. Our target is more of the adventurous types, who would get into pretty dangerous situations.

Use the same orange/yellow color for the type as for the product. Right now they don't match.
I love this concept but something just doesn't seem right. It's as if the mountain in the distance is getting all the attention, rather than the copy or the product. Pick the most important element and go down from there. Is it the text or the product?

It's just a mountain, you need a unique selling point to kick it in to peoples heads, especially as this is going to have a limited market.
Who are you aiming the product at?
Climbers? Skiers? Winter Sports persons?
I don't see a target market I just see a mountain and a box.

I really like where you're going, it just needs some tweaking. For instance, the highlight of the mountain is down in the left crack of the one with the asterisk. Move it to the top, where the asterisk is.
Also, should be WE'D (otherwise, who is getting married?)
