Why not give us a little bit of background on your company, because just from this I can not tell what business your business is in. Other than that, just design wise. I like the mark. The red may be too close to the black at the bottom, and that will just fill in at a smaller size. But it is a sleek and contemporary little icon for a company.

The typeface doesn't seem to match that same sleek and contemprary quality of the mark. That typeface is "older" than the look you have created with your logomark. Try a newer gothic typeface (ie. Avenir, etc).

Agreed. Also, the text is too disjointed/far away from the logo. Combine them for better cohesion.

This is a company which manufacture the laptop's bag, the logo seem to be the bag (^_^). i don't have Avenir font to test follow calvintcart's idea. can you share it for me?

To natobasso: I know that, but I'm just show you the logo, I will get them to equal position.
