Do you have to have the .com? The house seems very squished in the second one. Neither of these are doing anything for me.

It HAS to have the whole text, although the .com can be on a second line.
NOW, however, the client is saying no letters B, R, or E and no house. I'm finding it challenging to find something that says "Boise Real Estate"...lol
These dotcom names are murder - I feel for you. But the idea behind the second one is interesting - breaking out the business type from the city name by reversing "real estate" defuses the length and makes it easier to remember imo. I'd explore further along those lines.

If the client is not wanting an acronym or house, why not try delving into what Boise, Idaho represents? ie it was settled by French traders; boise means wooded; it's known for its river greenbelt area, etc....
