Fitness Program Logo
ald (62 pencils) | Tue, 2007-07-24 01:14So, I've been learning from everyone elses critiques, and figured that its about time to start learning from my own. I need to create a logo for a company fitness program, and here are the ideas so-far. Feel free to speak your mind about it!
Thanks!

Is this a fitness program for a financial company? The change from "UFirst: United First Financial" to "UFitness" confused me, heh.
I'd stay away from swishes in general, unless they want you to use their original logo as part of it (keeping the branding consistent, which is a good thing). The bottom right one reminds me of the Bank of America logo, or the Amtrak logo.
Also, I probably wouldn't try to incorporate the red medical cross into it, doesn't really seem appropriate (I see the relation, but...).
But U Fit reads as unfit to me.
You've got a challenge there.

I like the play on the original title.
How about trying it with [fitness] then first after? I don't know how that would look but may be interesting.
Thanks for your comments! I'll definately go play around with it quite a bit more.

top right is great!
thats the company's current logo for the fitness program. I believe they expect him to come up with a new one.
hmm the left side I not crazy about. Not as clean as the right side.
Now the right side without knowing what it is screams "bank" or "medical center". Am not getting fitness. The bottom right is a lot better.
Honestly, I think the right middle one is the best. I think it sticks with their current brand and that is a good thing.
