Flash animated button

Hello to all!

I am kinda new at Flash, and I was wondering if anyone knew how to turn an animated flash movie clip into a button that has another animated action to it when you roll over it?

Explanation of what I have done:

I have created a home web page where the title flies in. the background fades in and three button swoosh to the middle of the screen. I would like for the same buttons that swoosh in to get bigger when a viewer rolls over them and I also want the buttons to have a link destination. If there is anyone out there who can give some insight on what to do, it would greatly be appreciated. Thanks for reading. Have a great day!
