Flash banner ad

I need to create an Interstitial and banner ad for a client. I haven't used flash in awhile and I wasn't an expert when I did use it, but I want to try to take this on, as they will not be looking for anything too flashy (lol). Anyway, can anyone recommend a good online tutorial or book that deals specifically with creating banner ads in Flash?

The best flash tuttorial guy I've met is this guy he is is pretty easy to use and pretty good to be understood, this one worked for me and you can download the flash files to look how he really did and to get more out of it.
Good luck and if you have serious questions Mackie is an expert and I think he will help out if he is not too busy.
