The only thing different is the header photo (and the data) The design is the same... perhaps you should be more specific about what you want us to critique?

I would guess that professionalism (for business users) and a certain amount of luxury (for other users of this service) are two of the biggest things that this company would want to get across. The image itself certainly goes a way towards this, but the layout and feel of the page doesn't really communicate luxury and, whilst it is tidy, it doesn't feel as professional and polished as it could.
As a starting point, I would suggest that the best way to approach a site like this (or any site in fact) is to think about what users would want to see (not, as it presently feels, what the company wants to communicate). The estimator is a great tool and definitely should appear on the front page, but the rest of the content could be re-organised to better help a site user. Once the structure is solid it is far easier to get the site to look, feel and function the way it 'should'.
I'll also echo walks_in2_trees in that it's tough to critique a site like this without knowing what your brief, thinking and challenges were, so more info would definitely help.
