Nice idea but the 'O' is combining with the F to form a group seperate from the rest of the type...maybe if the stroke was a little fatter for the 'O' and/or the 'O' was smaller so it becomes more of a focal point (no pun intended)?
It's decent but the symbol is not instantly recognizable. I'd try some other crosshair-like shapes, or maybe a red dot in the center like many cameras have for autofocus.
i thought it was pretty instantly recognizable. especially when you get the "hint" given by the word focus. simplicity is good. adding elements to try to be more blunt will make the logo look heavier. right now it looks simple and elegant.
i agree with the other comments that, with a little cleaning up here and there, this will work very well.
You see the brackets first thing when you look through the viewfinder, and only after you press the shutter does the autofocus kick in. So for me empty brackets means out of focus, while a red dot in the center would represent the Moment of Focus.
I like it in all of it's simplicity, but feel that the 'focus device' hasn't been maximised upon.
I'd like to see a square outline for the focus - which would carry on from the font, with an inner circular shape - to bring more of a focal point and tie up with the camera thing (pun inevitable but unintended).
The idea is there - not so sure about the execution though. I'd definitely try to refine it more. One thing that stands out for me is the "O" is a thicker line weight than the other letters. My camera's target is a hairline - so I would think the fattest you could possibly have the line weight would be the same as the other letters.

I approve but I think the point would still come across with a more circular crosshair/ focal.
I like it.
Could kern a little bit too.
yes I'm brazilian xD
+1 (x2)
From success to failure is one step. From failure to success is a long road.
Very good. This is a strong, memorable and fitting logo.
Great job.
I love it as is. Nice work!

every camera represents that a little differently. the brackets represent focal area.
i think you're overthinking and overcomplicating it.
simplicity.

I kind of feel like the O needs to be nudged to the right just slightly, but otherwise I think it's great.
I like it! Strong idea, well executed. It immediately reminded me of focusing on my camera.
This is sweet bro! Good Design
