I was wondering if Adobe would update it, but i guess they never even got it. Is there any advantage it has over FontLab (or vice-versa)? I assume there's some reason FontLab is going through the trouble of updating it instead of killing it off completely in favor of their own product.
I've never really used either product. Maybe one day, when I have more patience.
Yikes, glad I held onto my copy all these years. But it really is an incredibly useful item. When I think of all the Windows PageMaker jobs that I was able to handle on the mac only because I was able to convert their fonts ...
Yeah, it's definitely an item you only buy if you need. 350 bones for an app that you use only one or two times a year is hard to swallow. On the other hand, if you're someone who makes a living creating and editing fonts (and those people are still out there), it's a drop in the bucket.

FontLab sucks, and Fontographer was/is the BEST font-creation app ever made. It's really that simple. ;-)
