but they ahve the logo of their company on the back of them. Most companies that do free business cards follow through on that practice. they see it as advertising for free.

Yeah, I need a company that does not require their name on the back. Someone who looks at charity as just that -- charity. I realize that it's tough for some companies to gauge (who's legitimate and who's not). But it's important. Someone out there surely provides a legitimate free business cards offer to charities. Thanks again.
Talk to printers in your area and see if you can cut a deal. You are going to have a hard time finding a printer who will do it for free AND ship it to you. Paper is HEAVY.
Maybe there's a benefactor who donates to your charity who would be willing to foot the bill? Or some sort of trade value you could offer a printer instead of money? Maybe send some people over to help work on the job?
