Change to patisserie is great. Placement of TM is great.
I still feel like some parts of the type are too heavy, particularly the crossbar of the f, and the top of the y. Note how much thinner the serifs of the f and r are at the baseline.
The apostrophe is awkward, maybe too big, heavy and you need to work that spacing.
Maybe add some variation to the thickness and line of the spoon? Does it even need to be in gray? Consider how this would work in just 1 color.
Agree with Anders, make the Y all black. Also smooth out the bottom of the spoon a smidgen more, I can see it slightly coming to a point.

I like this one, but I would have the whole Y black, including the spoon.
Rather have patisserie on the other side of the y.
