I'm thinking to get the new 40GB fourth generation iPod, that's almost as small as the mini, but still has plenty of space. I had a third generation 30GB, but it was stolen. :(
Do you think it's worth waiting for the 60GB, or is that still long way ahead? I will probably won't be able to afford it anyways. :)

I just sold my 3rd gen 20gig ipod yesterday and i'm gonna buy me a 4th gen one this week or the next.
can't really decide if i'm gonna buy another 20gig or upgrade to the 40gig. 20 is plenty for my, size vize, but then I don't get the cradle and stuff with it... and it's only a hundred bucks more (oh yeah, i'm buying it from the US... since a 20 gig iPod here in iceland costs about $800, no kidding!!)
I'd say just get the 40 gig... if the 60 gig comes out and you MUST HAVE IT, just sell your old one and get that! :D
you're right. the only problem, that it's still not available locally. :( which place do you order from the states?

just heard today that the 20gig is out of stock, but they have plenty 40gigs... so now i'm pondering if i should just get the 40... :?

best place to buy an iPod is from Amazon, not sales tax unless you live in Washington, no shipping and they are $10-15 cheaper then the fixed prices of other places.

my friend wen't into the soho store and they said they wouldnt get the 20gig until in a week or so... so i went for the 40. Later that day they got a shopment of 20's... :/

just got myPod. man it feels slick and looks better than i could have hoped for!!! (i hadn't seen it in real life until now!!)
i have had every version of the iPods they've made, and this control system is by far the best!!!
go for it ivan... you won't regreat it! ;)
