Looking for feedback on the logo; right now it's a representation of the family; three brothers pioneers in the wine industry.

It's a decent start. it needs more refining though to give ti a more professional look. Research wine company logos to see what current trends are. When you have something that you are proud of, make a mock up to see what it would look like on a bottle with a label. Does it stand out?

That star on the i gives it a whole lot of "teen-girl-fairytale" caliber. But I like it too - though from the thumbnail I thought it was for a classic bike brand. Maybe change the font too.

Good start! But a few comments...
I really like the font; it's clean, strong, and looks very "high end" in my opinion. I do have a bit of an issue with the star though; the way it's peak is hitting right at that gold border gives it a weird tension. I'd see how it looks a little larger with the peak breaking the border, or maybe cutting the " i " down and using the star for a dot contained inside the border. Or get rid of star entirely.
The coat of arms is cool, but the style of the ship seems kind of corny compared to the simple lines of the swan and stars. Simplify and stylize...
Overall I like it and think it's almost ready to go. Agree with Gnasm's idea about cutting down the i a little to give the star some room. Try his idea with the larger star too or my idea would be to simply remove the gold outline on it - just a solid white star (same size it is now) sitting right where you have it.
