Gmail Labs launching more cool new additions

Gmail launched many new Labs features to choose from:
- Right-side chat, so you can make use of your wide-screens.
- Right-side labels, for the same reason.
- Hide Unread Counts, to clean up the Gmail interface.
- Advanced IMAP Controls. Choose which labels show up in IMAP, turn off message auto-expunging, or trash messages when they're deleted from IMAP.
- Canned Responses. Save and then send your common messages using a button next to the compose form. Also automatically send emails using filters. This is a very powerful and very useful tool for those who don't already use one of the auto complete features on their OS.
- Default 'Reply to all'. Very powerful if you collaborate with many people frequently, but can be dangerous if you're not careful.
- Quote selected text.
- Navbar drag and drop. Allows you to reorder your sidebar items. Very useful. I wish it allowed me to close some altogether.
- Mail Goggles. It's a toy to get your thoughts together.
- Forgotten Attachment Detector. Very useful indeed.
- Vacation Time! Lets you specify starting and ending dates for the vacation autoresponder.
- Custom Label Colors.
- Mark as Read Button. I don't see much use as it's already up there.
- Go to label. Only useful if you use labels, which I don't.
- Google Calendar gadget. This is my favorite. It puts a mini customizable calendar in your sideabar. Total time saver!
- Google Docs gadget. Also a great addition as it allows direct access to your commonly used or starred docs.
- Add any gadget by URL. Wow, this really opens up the interface to practically anything. Can you guys suggest what gadgets could be useful here?

Almost all those features have been in Gmail for several months. Most of the features work very well, though some I can't get to work no matter how much I swear at my screen ;-)
The ability to move labels/chat to the right side or left is great. I moved it over to the right where it's out of the way.
The Mark As Read button is new, and a welcome addition. You probably always had it because there has been a Greasmonkey script (or Stylish script?) to add one for at least a year now... I know I had it as well, but I can't recall where I got it.
I haven't tried canned response, but then again, I don't use Gmail that much.

I think these must be appearing for different people at different times, they are new to me. :)
Like a lot of companies (Apple), it appears that Google rolled-out these features in the U.S. first.
Some of them are nice, some not so nice. As already mentioned, the IMAP stuff is still kind of a mess.

I messed around with the Google IMAP controls to make some of the extra folders disappear from Mail app and the iPhone, now for some reason when I try and delete a Gmail message I get this error:
The destination mailbox “(null)” does not allow messages to be moved to it.
I have to manually drag items into the Gmail trash on Mail app, from the iPhone I can't delete anything at all.
Pretty annoying.
