Go Green for Less Green
sammybunny (88 pencils) | Sat, 2008-07-26 03:10"Go Green for Less Green" is a project a friend of mine wants to start. His main goal for the project is to help people who would like to become more "eco-friendly" do so by lowering the cost of going "green" for the environment.

Wow. How shallow can you get? I'm a student in school for design and I really don't appreciate all of the immature comments. If you guys aren't here to help give some constructive cristisim, then why are you here?
Actually most of the comments here are serious besides pokie's little aside to Stephanie...

This graphic isn't bad, but I think it would lend itself more so to an ad, or direct mail piece, or other such marketing collateral. I would begin again with sketches and try and simplify all as there are several competing elements : the "less" symbol, dollar sign, font weights, and so forth. Maybe try morphing the symbols into the words, or even better, land upon one mark.
Good luck. It's going to be a tricky one.

Thank you for the comment. This was just an idea I was throwing out there as a start. There will be more revisions coming up in the near future.

It's a bit convoluted. Try simplifying.

agreed. too many things going on. is this a company called "go green for less green?" or is it a project/initiative that's being done *by* a company called "go green for less green?"
if it's a company, the name itself sounds a bit long. the name comes across more as a tag line than an actual company name. sounds great as an "initiative," but not so good as a company name.
Yes, it's more an ad slogan than a business name.

It's for a couple of friends that want to start a project with this title. It's not the company's name, but it's more of a tag line for their mission. They don't have a company name, but it's just an idea they had.
What's their company name?

and definitely not a good way to present a slogan. K.I.S.S. This looks like a mess, to be honest.
