Google multiple calendars problem

I have two calendars. Home and Work. The first one created was Home. When I quick add any event it goes to my Home calendar. Especially in gmail. I wish I could chose which calendar to use when creating an invitation. Even better would be if I could change the order of the calendars to make Work default. Any suggestions?

The only thing that I can think of to help you out is this.
1. Export the Home calendar to an XML/iCal file
2. Delete it from the list
3. This should move work up to the top
4. Create a new Home Calendar
5. Import the old data into it, which should re add all of your old date
