I don't understand what you're trying to go for. It seems some of the letters are moving at high speeds, but I don't understand the concept.

Thanks for all your attentions. The concept is that some '1' and '0' (because of computer science field) are moving quickly together to create graduation cap.

i think people should be fined if they use the whole 1 and 0 thing. that is sooooo played out...
I don't know but it should be said that poster 'C' was accepted by so many people and they like it so much; such as graphic designer and computer science students ;) anyway thanks for your attention. maybe I redesign it :)

It's fine that if it got selected but from the idea and execution point of view you should try a totally different concept. However you can also make it more better if you remove all the arabic text inside the human silhouette and just keep it blank and add any neutral color to that with a light outline. You needn't add green color in human illustration. Just keep an green or grey outline of human silhouette with color neutral color and add a message inside this.
I would prefer to put all this concept aside and work on totally new concept.
