Green Bahrain

Wasn't too keen on the colour from the thumbnail but when I looked at it full size it's actually very effective.

It manages to be subtly green and fresh looking without being too cliché.

Nice design, well executed.

great colors and i love the GreenBahrain type.
is all of the text supposed to be web friendly/selectable?
cause i think you can do better for the horizontal top menu
and the module titles.

Sorry, but I don't like the rough edges in the graphics.. It looks like a child or a beginner in graphics done the rest whilst taking over from somewhat more experienced actually.. It doesn't look like they belong there.. Nice color scheme though.. But much green it isn't..

I can get the idea to make it a bit rough, but make it nicely done rough instead of making sharp edges like it was cut with a scissor on a paper by a blind man =)

As a visitor I'm getting overwhelmed with information, it's too much.. Try to get focus on something? Is it the information in the sidebar or the content? Too messy with loads of information both to the right and to left and in the middle you got some content.. You can definitly get lost and distracted.

In the content area I would suggest putting something that divides each article posted to make it easier to follow and read the content.

No offense, but sorry Ivan.. Back to the drawingboard =)

I agree with all the guys above, like these are such a nice colors and I love them like everyone else said, the design is nice, typography is nice in short its such a nice composition but..... I have only one problem with this.... THE COLOR. this color which is very cool and nice is just not right when you are talking about GREEN behrain. its all about greenery that your are talking about. I see it much more toward parrot green which is freash as well as green. Any how nice work Ivan.

its pretty hard to notice the link to home (the brown) one. coz its covered by the shapes of the banner. same goes with the tips link. the first one i notice is the news link then id have to glance back to see the home and tips link.

on the tips menu on the right. beside it i can see a very thin vertical line. im not sure if thats part of a design or its one of those mistakes where the image location is off which results to a white space.

and the im not really fond of the image used for the delimiter of the body of text in the middle. its seems like those floral vectors that you used on the banner and then supersized down to that. maybe a not so much detail for that image would be nice.

other than that, i like the overall look and feel of it. the calming color complements the rugged look of some areas. great job. :D
