Halogen film for night scenes...

Well, Does any one has an idea of the best way on how to use it and how to get the best out of it, so we can do an asigmet at school for this summer photo class... this asigment is a night shoot using 35mm halogen film and getting a very creative scene... I just want to know more so I can produce a better pic...
