forgive me for being blunt, but... this is very bad.
blue on blue? and for logo purposes, that font is too abstract.
plus, now it looks like a water bottling company?
lose the oddly shaped gradiented vector in the background, and it will look at least a bit better.

I agree with GregSauce. Your initial lot of logos was MUCH better than this one. Begin with sketches on a pad, in black and white, and then to the computer last.

I can't even.
And BTW, this is design #11 in like five days.

i think it's great that you want some help learning how to be a better designer by getting critiques on your work.
that said, i think it's best to focus on no more than a couple of things at a time and not 10+ things. even seasoned designers can have a hard time focusing on 10+ projects.
pick something you're working on that you'd like help with, post that project, then after you've made some revisions, post a revised version for more comments. the "shotgun" approach of posting lots and lots of stuff doesn't really serve you well and tends only to annoy people who are offering their help by inundating them with things to review.
keep it simple.
I'm sorry it's just hard being a good designer just by hearing critiques. You have to know the principles of design. Which i don't think you do.
Read a couple of things on what graphic design is. Go to websites like logopond.com, abduzeedo.com, etc. to see what good design is and comparing it to what you are doing.
I don't mean to offend you, but everything you posted in the website is far from professional.

This is terrible. If you're 14 and it's your first month using a graphics software with no prior training it's ok, you have hope. But if you're an adult there is no excuse. I suggest to choose a different profession, you don't have the talent. No hard feelings, I don't have talent to be a basketball player, no matter how hard I would try. So I don't.
I will try and try and try! Thanks for all of your comments for me espacially gwells, dsuana they give me power to do more good and i will prove it.... Soon this Harvest Logo is my Target you will see soon a better logo INSHALLAH!

..more gradients. have you tried some photoshop filters to add more texture to it? I would like to see a nice craquelure or maybe even some lens flare.

I really think that you have the basis for being a good designer. You ahve the ideas but you cannot execute. Listen to what everyone is saying on this board and take classes. If design is your thing, you will enjoy every second of it.
