the orange/black HS icon has SOME promise. the rest is horrific!
don't know your target but I think too much mainstream.
with a beautiful name like yours I would probably made it B&W and more kerning
i think this "DESIGN" is so overused.
you could explore crossword with design and your name but with some creativity inside (obvious)

The top one is interesting. But the last strip of color is unnecessary - the N should reverse out like the D. Also don't think you need the bar underneath or the "print and web solutions" text.
