Looks very clip-arty - not iconic or memorable as a logo should be. It might even be better without the music scale - but you should be working on other ideas too.

I'd take out the scale, try and keep it simple.

looks like microsoft word art. u got some good letters there to play with, so keep on playing ;)

not keen on using capitals and lowercase letters, makes it messy.

sorry but this looks really clip-arty, whatever your next design is, make sure there is a sense of foundation or stability, this looks like it's floating around- I think that's primarily due to the scale. It looks like the scale is a background and thats not something you want to have in a logo.

the logo will be paste as signatures in that corner of videos???

the first thing all we need to pay attention is what will be the main media that uses the logo... it will be OK there? "how much % sattisfaction guarantee"? :P

what kind of shape the people will see on reduced video size?

I thing it's all wrong... it's outdated, so cliche, make the site stupid.

There is no focus on potential users.

What disgrace will be videos from so different styles using the logo that could be near the guitar or why guittar entusiasts may tolerate Britney's videos at the same place?

Unfortunately, I see a return trip to the proverbial drawing board.

It is completely vector, and it was all drawn with shapes in Illustrator, except for the 3d effect which was done with the extrude and bevel function, just in case anyone is implying there was any clip art used here,

nobody is saying you ARE using clipart, they say it LOOKS like clipart.

I suppose it was the comment "Sans drawing, of course." that set me off. It hasn't been a good couple of days for me.

It's okay. As I said, it's been a bad week. I've had TWO relatives die in the past few days just months after a very close cousin. I may be a little more sensitive than usual.

And I've got dozens of full little yellow legal pads chock full of doodles.....lol

Check out the Sweatshop logo in the beginning how they made it really simple.
