I just downloaded gimp and picasa and I want o make some cool pics. I want to kno how to make one single spot on a black and white foto come to life with the color yuou choose. Ive seen it on poeples myspace pictures that the whole picture is black and whit and the lips are lime green and the eyelashes as well. Can someone please tell me hot to do this? Thanks =]
