Help with Flash

I wonder if anyone can help. I am somewhat of a newbie to Flash and have got the hang of basic animations and tweening, but have now been asked for new bits that I'm not sure about.

Firstly, I have been asked to produce a loading animation with a countdown while it loads.

Secondly, I need to produce an interactive flow chart with choices at certain points.

Is there a good source I can find a tutorial on how to create these? It may well be very easy, but haven't been using it that long. Thanks all.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Perhaps you can use ready made elements from flashkit.com?

Yup flashkit and other resources have elements that you can use,
strip them down and make them your own.
Reverse engineering flash files can teach you a bit or two,
however in the long run tutorials will gain you greater ground.
