Hire a graphic designer in your area. Work with that person as well as do research on your possible names at uspto.gov to make sure the name you want isn't already in use as a trademark.
What you are asking for is way too in-depth and important to be answered here.

There's a nice discussion about this currently running over at Vitamin. Check it out, it's some good advice on how to choose the right name for your business.

I echo natobasso in exploring legal use of whatever you decide to use. That in mind, with your business being new, I'd make sure that your business' focus is clear in the name. The more your name reflects what you do, the less you'll have to pay in marketing to gain brand awareness.
Obviously, something like Sammy's Pressure Wash Service is a bit simplistic, but then, there is certainly no doubting what you do. On the other hand, if you choose something TOO outside the box to get cute, you risk consumer confusion.
Sometimes, simple is good. I actually liked the Spray Away concept as it gives you a lot of good opportunities for creatives. Just my opinion.

You need to find a name that has a domain free for it if you are going to advertise on the net.
Like spray away too. It reminds me of a kids programme that we had a few years back here in the uk called play away and it had a really really cheesey theme tune...
