Help with a profile directory like web template

I would like to know about any eye catchy template available for creating a batch profile directory at my med school.
Like with an attractive layout indexing all batchmates and click each one to open a profile page with their info/contactinfo/direct mailing option
etc.
This is to be distributed offline in a DVD and distributed.

I searched for a while now but couldnt find one.. maybe I did not
search it right! :(
If someone could help I would be so grateful!

I am looking for a rich eyecandy flash template (though anything will be fine atm!)
