I think you should try and do something else instead of resorting to strokes on your text. Also everything is pretty much in all caps. I would vary mix it up a little. Remember contrast is a good thing.

Paediatrics and Psychiatry are spelled wrong.

It should be "24-Hour Services," not "24 hours services."

It should be "Serving Humanity" or "To Serve Humanity," not "Serve to Humanity." And is this true if the hospital takes only private (paying) patients? If it also takes charity cases, that should be included somewhere.

Get rid of the clip art in the background. It only adds clutter to your design.

The tracking between the words "Facilities for Private Patients" needs to be uniform; there is too much space between "Facilities" and "for."

I think your typefaces are weak, especially the handwriting one. The drop shadow on the words Fauji Foundation Hospital looks very 1950s and kind of military.

Putting Medical and Surgical at the tops of the columns of the various medical specialties is confusing, because it looks as if the specialties listed below each of those words would be a sub-category, and that is obviously not true. I would just take those words out, because a hospital is medical and surgical by definition. There is no need to state this again, unless you want to add, perhaps below the specialties, something like "Surgical facilities available."

The color blue you have chosen is very harsh and unattractive. Consider something more soothing.

This is an excellent design. It needs very little revision. Don't worry about the spelling, language is changing all the time and people would not get confused with the meaning you intend. In fact, this would be a good example of when to use txt spk to really make it PING! Oh, and make the logo bigger.

Too many fonts, too many design elements. It's hard to read and unpleasant to look at. Seriously start over with a white page.
