Hello, How'd you know if the project you get from client online (or outside your country) is not a fraud? You just get the deposit from a client online? Do you research if the company exist in that particular location

I've only gotten one client online and it was either through this site or a mac site I used to go to. It was a fellow designer who needed someone to illustrate something for them. We emailed a lot back and forth and then he paid me via paypal before I released the file to him.
